When Nikki Bellisario opened the doors to Bellisario's Pizza in 2000, her goal was simple: make great pizza for the people of Frederick, Maryland. More than 25 years later, that goal hasn't changed — and neither has the commitment to quality that has made us a neighborhood staple.
We're proudly independent — not a franchise, not a chain. Every pizza we make starts with fresh dough, hand-stretched to order. Our sauce is made from scratch. Our toppings are real. In a world of shortcuts, we still do things the right way, the way they've always been done.
Located at 934 North East Street in Frederick, we've served countless families, birthday parties, Friday night dinners, and lunchtime cravings. We know many of our customers by name — and we love that. That's what being a local business means to us.
